Catálogo de erros do Signer.

Cada item define a mensagem pública, a severidade de log e o status HTTP associados a uma falha. Informações variáveis de uma ocorrência devem ser fornecidas como detalhe em SignerErrorException

Erros originados no Ykue não são duplicados aqui. Eles usam o contrato ExceptionCode do próprio Ykue e são preservados pela camada de API.
